This is a six panel Design Assist Domestic Hot Water project with evacuated tubes. It included a review of the consultant’s (Stantec) original oversized selection of 9 panels and their approval of our suggested reduction to 6 panels.

Complete HVAC/Plumbing Design Assist retrofit job on Fir Street in Kitsilano. Included recommendations to Mechanical Consultant to Increase zoning to 9 zones split ducted systems. Extensive communication with the City’s plumbing department provided significant savings to the Client.

White Rock Boiler Replacement

Replacement of 6 exisitng boilers providing space heating and domestic hot water with two new Viessmann condensing boilers (800,000 Btu/Hr ea). Changeover was achieved in 6 hrs with minimal disruption to the residents.
